Insurance Form

Due to dealing with an increasing amount of insurance forms, it is now taking one of ours vets a full day every two weeks and reception staff a significant amount of time in processing the paperwork and dealing with follow up phone calls.

We have therefore decided that in line with most Practices, we now have to charge for this service.

We feel a charge of £10.00 for the initial claim and £5.00 for continuation claims is fair.

Clients will be asked to pay this fee before the claim form is completed.
